Clinical Stations:
- Learn the techniques to take your clinical examination to an expert level - appear confident and slick
- Get to know the curriculum for clinical cases
- Present your cases effectively to the examiners
- Learn how to mould your clinical examination to some specific case scenarios that require an approach different from the usual clinical examination routine
- Know the common mistakes that lead to poor performance, how to rectify them and make your performance standout.
Communication Skills Stations:
- Know the ‘curriculum’ for Ethics and Communication skills station
- Learn how to carry out a structured patient-centric consultation
- Understand the Patient's Illness Framework - once understood, you will be able to address the patient’s concerns with ease and also uncover any hidden agendas
- Importance of verbal and non-verbal clues and how to identify them.
Clinical Consultation Stations
- Learn how to:
- Take focused and effective History in the time given
- Perform highly focused clinical examination as demanded by the scenario
- Explain the findings and management plan in patient-centered manner
- Understand the patient’s Illness Framework – it is important to understand this and mold your consultation and management plan accordingly
- Address patient’s concerns with ease by picking up on verbal and non-verbal clues

A MASTERCLASS & PRACTICE SCENARIOS
PACES Masterclass
This will take place in the morning session. As the name suggests, it is the master class on PACES preparation. You will feel enriched with a solid methodology to help you pass PACES in a confident and stress free manner in both clinical and communication skills stations.
Practice Scenarios
Important highlight of the course is that on randomly selected participants, we will practice History, Ethics and Communication skills and Station 5 scenarios with feedback; others will also be able to benefit from it by watching it live and from the feedback given.
